အာရုံေၾကာမ်ား- ခ်စ္ျခင္းေမတၱာ- သေဘာထား
အက်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ့က လူမ်ား အေျခအေနမ်ားကုိ အပ်က္သေဘာဆန့္က်င္ဘက္ တုံ့ျပန္တဲ့အခါ- အက်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ့ဟာ အက်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ့ရဲ့ ခႏၶာကုိယ္ ဖြဲ့စည္းမႈ တစ္ခုလုံးမွာ ဆန့္က်င္ဘက္ဦးတည္ရာတစ္ခု စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားခံစားမႈ အထဲ ေရြ့လ်ား၀င္ေရာက္သြားပါတယ္။
အက်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ့ရဲ့ စိတ္ခံစားမႈအားလုံးဟာ လွ်ပ္စစ္ႏွင့္ဆုိင္တဲ့ ဓာတုေဗဒဆုိင္ရာ စြမ္းအင္မ်ား ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ အက်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ့ရဲ့ အေတြးမ်ားႏွင့္ခံစားခ်က္မ်ားမွတစ္ဆင့္- ခႏၶာကုိယ္အတြင္းလွည့္ပတ္ေနတဲ့ ေသြးထဲ တုိက္ရုိက္ သြားတဲ့ ေဟာ္မုန္းဓာတ္ကုိ ထုတ္လုပ္ေပးတဲ့ အက်ိတ္စနစ္၊ အာရုံေၾကာ၊ ကုိယ္ခံအားမ်ားႏွင့္ ပင္ကုိယ္အားျဖင့္ ဆက္စပ္ေနပါတယ္။ ဖြဲ့စည္းမႈစနစ္မ်ားဟာ အပ်က္သေဘာဆန့္က်င္ဘက္အရ ဓာတ္အားသြင္းခံရလ်င္- အဲဒါေတြက အပ်က္သေဘာ တုံ့ျပန္ခ်က္မ်ားရဲ့ ကြင္းဆက္ျဖစ္ပြါးမႈတစ္ခုကုိ စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားခံစားမႈ အထဲ မွာ ေရြ့လ်ား၀င္ေရာက္သြားပါတယ္။ ဒါ့ေၾကာင့္ အက်ြႏု္ပ္တုိ့ဟာ ဘ၀မွာ အေျခအေန အေနအထားမ်ားနဲ့ ပတ္သက္လုိ့ သတိထားျပီး တုံ့ျပန္ဖုိ့ လုိအပ္ပါတယ္။
အေမရိကန္ ဂ်ာနယ္လစ္ Norman Cousins- ဟာ အလြန္မက်န္းမမာျဖစ္လာတဲ့အခါ- အားရစရာမေကာင္းတဲ့ ေရာဂါေရွးအလား အလာကုိ ေတြ့ရွိျခင္းက- သူ့ရဲ့ဆရာ၀န္မ်ားက သူ့အေပၚ ေမ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ကုိ စြန့္လႊတ္ရပါေတာ့မယ္။ ရက္အနည္းငယ္အတြင္း သူဟာ ဆုံးပါးပါလိမ့္မယ္။ သူရဲ့ နာမက်န္ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့အေျခအေနမွာ- ဆန့္က်င္ဘက္အပ်က္သေဘာခံစားခ်က္မ်ားဟာ အပ်က္သေဘာ ဆန့္က်င္ဘက္ ရုပ္ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ အက်ဳိးဆက္မ်ားရွိသလုိ- အေကာင္းဘက္ျမင္ အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္တဲ့ခံစားခ်က္မ်ားက အျပဳသေဘာ အေပါင္းလကၡဏာေဆာင္တဲ့ ဦးတည္ရာဘက္မွာ ရုပ္ခႏၶာကုိယ္ကုိ အက်ဳိးသက္ေရာက္ေစလိမ့္မယ္- ဆုိတာ Cousin- ဟာ အခုိင္အမာယုံၾကည္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါ့ေၾကာင့္ သူဟာ အမွန္တကယ္ ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္စရာဟာသေျမာက္တဲ့ ရယ္စရာ ရုပ္ရွင္မ်ားကုိ ငွါးရမ္းျပီး ပုံမွန္ ၾကည့္ျခင္းကုိ စတင္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။
သူဟာ အိပ္ေဆးရဲ့အကူအညီမယူဘဲ မ်ားစြာ အိပ္ဖုိ့စြမ္းႏုိင္ခဲ့တယ္- ဆုိတာ သတိျပဳမိပါတယ္။ ျပင္းထန္တဲ့ ဆင္းရဲေ၀ဒနာေတြက ေလ်ာ့လာေနပါတယ္။ သူဟာ အကုိက္အခဲေပ်ာက္ေဆးအေပၚ မွီခုိရမႈ နည္းပါးသြားပါတယ္။ သူဟာ ေကာင္းေကာင္းမြန္မြန္ ျဖစ္လာလ်င္ျဖစ္လာခ်င္း- British Medical Journal- မွာ သူ့ရဲ့အေတြ့အၾကဳံကုိ ေရးသားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
Art Mathias- ဟာ အမွ်င္ျဖင့္ျပဳလုပ္ထားတဲ့ပစၥည္းမ်ားအပါအ၀င္ စားစရာကိစၥ ရာေပါင္းမ်ားစြာနဲ့ ဓာတ္မတည့္ခဲ့ပါ။ သူဟာ ခ်ည္အ၀တ္ မ်ားကုိသာ ၀တ္ဆင္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ အဲဒါေတြက ေစ်းအရမ္းၾကီးပါတယ္။ ေရာဂါေရွးအလားအလာဟာ ဆုိး၀ါးေနခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေဒါက္တာမ်ားဟာ ၀န္ေလးစြာျဖင့္ သူ့အေပၚ ေမ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ကုိ စြန့္လႊတ္ရပါေတာ့မယ္။
တစ္ေန့မွာ သူဟာ ခြင့္လႊတ္ျခင္းနဲ့ပတ္သက္တဲ့ ေဒသနာေတာ္ကုိ နားေထာင္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ အဲဒီေနာက္ ရုိးရုိးသားသားပဲ သူ့ကုိ ထိခုိက္ အနာတရျဖစ္ေစခဲ့တဲ့သူမ်ားကုိ ခြင့္လႊတ္ဖုိ့ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီေန့မွစျပီး သူဟာ သူဓာတ္မတည့္တဲ့ အစားအစာေတြ စားႏုိင္ခဲ့တယ္- ဆုိတာ ရုတ္တစ္ရက္ သေဘာေပါက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သူ့ရဲ့အေရျပား ဓာတ္မတည့္တာေတြေတာင္ ရပ္ဆဲသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒီအံၾသစရာ ေကာင္းတဲ့ေပ်ာက္ကင္းျခင္းရဲ့ ေနာက္မွာ- သူရဲ့ သေဘာထားစိတ္ကူး အယူအဆမွာ သူ ျပင္ဆင္ျပဌာန္းလုိက္တဲ့ အဓိကေျပာင္းလဲမႈပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
